My order from newitts turned up really nicely packed . The box felt sturdy and everything was secure inside , with nothing moving about . It all arrived clean and in perfect condition . Honestly , it was a simple , no fuss experience and I’m happy with it .

"Good prices, but felt a bit ignored"
I ordered from Newitts after finding a discount code, and it actually worked, which was a nice surprise. The prices were better than a few other places I checked, and delivery was quick too. The only downside was that I felt a bit ignored when I had a question, as I didn’t really get much of a response. Still, I’d probably keep an eye on their promos next time I need sports gear.

"Does the job"
Newitts.com was fine overall. I found what I needed and checkout was easy enough. The site feels a bit dated though, and search wasn’t always great. Filters could be better too. Not bad, just not the smoothest.

I ordered a few sports bits from newitts and everything arrived exactly as I’d chosen it. The sizes, colours, and items were all right, with nothing missing or swapped out. It sounds sorta basic, but it’s always nice when an order just turns up correct the first time. Packaging was fine too, and I’d happily use them again

Had to send something back because for me it just wasn’t quite right. I was expecting, to be waiting ages for the refund, but it got sorted really quickly. No chasing them or messing around needed. Happy with how it went, and I’d use newitts again.

I ordered some training gear and one of the items showed up in the wrong size. I think I contacted them the same day, or maybe the next morning, I can’t quite remember. It took about a day to hear back, which felt a little slow at the time, but the person who replied was really helpful. They sorted out the return without making it a hassle, and the refund/replacement part went fine too. Not the fastest experience ever, and I got a bit mixed up on the timing, but overall I’m happy enough with how they handled it.

Ordered a few bits from newitts and was pleasantly surprised by the delivery cost. It was actually fair, not one of those annoying charges that suddenly appears at checkout! Everything arrived fine, and the postage price made the whole order feel worth it. I’d definitely use them again, mostly because the delivery didn’t feel like a rip-off :)

"Good updates, but the wait was annoying"
I got clear emails about my order and delivery, so at least I wasn’t left guessing what was going on. That said, it did take longer than I was hoping, which was frustrating while I was waiting around for it. The communication was good enough though, and everything worked out in the end. I’d probably use them again...
